Hi sir
I have recently installed Ubuntu 20.04 in my system and I want to reinstall windows 7 but when I insert my bootable USB pendrive in laptop, the option to boot from usb flash drive doesn't come only two options come
1) Notebook Hard drive
2) Internal CD/DVD ROM Drive
Please give any solution that works...
I have tried many methods and YT videosa and I tired....

I'm presuming you installed Ubuntu from a USB stick, so if that is the case, that means there are no BIOS/UEFI settings preventing seeing or booting from a USB stick.
That implies the USB stick is bad, Try using it on a different PC.
