Hp Notebook 250
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop wont boot after I shut it down last night . The power Led blinks once for around 3 seconds then nothing ....I did try to hold the power button for about 1 minute to linger out any static power but it still wont boot ...I even desperately tried to reset the CMOS by holding down the Windows + B key and the power button for about 2 to 3 seconds but it still wont boot ....So I opened it up ...got a new CMOS battery replaced it cleaned the laptop carefully checked it for any power shots and it seems fine. What might be the issue?? ... I have a Hp Notebook 250...Please help

I understand that you are getting a bootup error.

Please click on the below links once you identify the blink code and resolve the issue:
