 My laptop's first issue was battery, it says that it have lowered its capacity and I also noticed that if my plugged the charger it will charge at first but then it will stop but the laptop will open and operate. And then now it won't open and the the issue or warning will stayed on displayed (2nd picture). Please someone can help me?

You may need to replace both parts.

If Legacy Support is ENABLED, change it to DISABLED, save the changes and exit,

 

If the computer does not restart, which is very likely, continue the procedure indicated.
In case of factory recovery, you risk losing all your personal data

If you are still under warranty, contact hp directly

 

You can try several things in order to try to recover your data

You can try a bootable cd / dvd type live cd (linux)

you can try removing the hard drive, in order to connect it to another computer internally, or with a usb adapter!

If your disk is not completely out of order, this gives you a small chance

 

I don't have the dismantling manual, if necessary let me know I can try to find it,
if too complicated, out of warranty, go to a computer repairer
