Have you tried the startup repair?  Possibly the disk is good but the boot sector is corrupted.

the 3F0 can indicate a corrupted disk, not necessarily a defective disk.

Have you passed diagnostics?
Make sure you can pass UEFI diagnostics:

Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.
Do not allow any updates if disk or memory fail, especially a BIOS update.

If you fail disk diagnostics then you need to replace the disk

This explains how to boot into safe mode

To do a startup repair
Skip down to 'Enter safe mode from outside windows'
When you get to advanced options select 'Startup Repair'
If the startup repair fails then try the restore point.

To get into the startup repair you can try turning on and off the PC  3-4 times in a row.

If startup repair fails the try system restore

You can try to repair windows 10/11 by selecting a windows restore point from before the time the problem occurred.
