I have add a hikvision e2000 ssd to this pc and use it as a c drive( win 10 os). Yesterday, it suddenly go into the boot device not found page (03f). But if I power off the pc and wait awhile, the pc go back to normal and if I use for a couple of minute(sometimes just seconds) , it will reboot and go to the 03f page again. I wonder is my ssd break down or is the Bios problem (saw it on internet, I have try to reset bios but it didn't work).

Don't know why everyone seems to think a BIOS update is a miracle cure! If the BIOS was bad, your PC would not even see the SSD and it would not boot al all, period. So, it's not a BIOS issue.
Sounds like a failing SSD -- and while those are a lot more reliable than HDDs, I have had SSDs fail on me, so I know that can happen.
