I purchased new laptop 4 days before but now error msg boot device not found IAM in trouble.

Dear Nijams,

 

Have you tried getting into recovery mode by pressing F11 when your HP laptop starts up until a screen like underneath appears: Afbeeldingsresultaat voor recovery screen hp

 

 

Let me know if this works, alternatively we can look into hard drive or memory tests using the bios.
