Hello, so your computer is not warranty, and if your SSD don't appears it is probably dead. If you have backup your datas and create your recovery kit you can buy a new m.2 PCIe NVMe SSD, with 256 Gb of storage or more, same this:

Hello, I recommend to you execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us.

Hello, it is possible because your system is probably on this disc.. I recommend to you begin by backup all your datas and create your recovery media with HP Recovery Manager (if never created).

can you explain this in more details please?

Hello, your solid state drive is faulty, so if you don't want loose your datas on your SSD you need to backup it on your other hard drive, or (the better) in an external drive, by copy/paste.

And for reinstall Windows if you need to replace the SSD, you need use the software HP Recovery Manager if it is on your PC to create an external media to reinstall Windows.

so you would suggest a hardrive replace on the ssd?

Hello, for begin I recommend to you install the last version of HP Hardware Diagnostic and retry the test:

If you have the same error, and if you have backup all your datas and created your Recovery kit, you can maybe replace your SSD. How old are your PC?
