Product: HP Laptop 15-da0xxx

After cleaning my laptop, and booting it up I get an error message boot device not found. Hard disk 3FO. I've looked at the suggested help and it said if optane memory is not listed to contact support. So here iam.

Hi,

When you say cleaning, do you mean physical cleaning or cleaning the OS with software?

Can you provide the exact model or product number so we can take a look at the specs.

Model number

Have you performed Hardware Diagnostics at boot?
