Product: Hp Steram Laptop s/n 5CD9424DR9

My lap will not boot 

Message  say boot is not found.  Hard Disk 3F0

It want let me do a full diagnostic test.

If the Hard Disk Error message displays when you start your computer, run the Hard Disk Test in System Diagnostics.

You can try to reinstall windows in UEFI mode.
Get windows 10 install iso from microsoft and create USB installation media with MiniTool Partition Wizard.
