My hp notebook serial number 4BS28UA -- HP Laptop 15-db0011dx all my display says is Boot device not found hard disk 3F0 

system diagnostics 

I have run through diagnostics I went to F10 to my bio through tutorial videos default the settings through tutorial videos and virtual agents and I still comeback to this screen I keep restarting my computer but can’t get any further than this SOMEONE PLEASE HELP !!!!

You said you ran diagnostics but you failed to tell us which ones, or what those found.  We need that information in order to provide the right advice.
