hi 

totally clueless and never encountered this issue before but my laptop is saying that there is no hard drive, I’ve tried pressing f2 and running the checks and still no hard drive ...

I’ve even tried the f10 approach then f9 and nothing.

 

my daughter really needs this for her school work and it is was working fine earlier...’

 

please help

It may not be salvageable -- but we will have no idea about that unless you provide us the specific model number of the laptop.
