Hi,

I would try pressing F2 when on that screen and see if there are any hardware failures. It could be that the Hard Drive is has some kind of failure.

Can you also provide the exact model or product number of the PC

To perform hardware diagnostics at boot:

Turn off the PC by holding the power button until complete shutdown.

Turn on the PC and repeatedly press ESC until startup menu appears.

Press F2 to enter diagnostics.

Try performing the system test and see if there are any failure ids.
