After playing a game on the laptop it froze up so I turned it off. Then when I turned it on the screen was all black with it saying boot device not found. The laptop still makes beeps and have the lights on, I tried every method. But, then I realize on the boot option the network adapter has an exclamation point near it. Which I read that the boot capability will be disabled if it’s marked with the exclamation mark. Before upon realizing that I tried enabling legacy support but it still didn’t work and said no bootable device - - insert boot disk and press any key. I would very appreciate if you guys could help because it’s my sister laptop and she does a lot of work and when she finally let me used it this happened. Thank you.
I forgot to mention the laptop would only allow me to run memory and storage test, but every time I try to run a storage test it just go back and never run it. The memory test was passed.

First off, the network drive indication should not be an issue because you are trying to boot from a local drive, not from a network.
Second, I normally recommend a drive test -- but as you have tried, that, there is no point in doing it a second time -- and the results you have presented strongly indicate that the drive has died.
I'm also presuming that she has not taken any backups of these important files, right?
An additional, and very serious issue, is that while you would normally just remove the hard drive and connect to another PC to recover the files, in the case of these PCs, the hard drive is actually a memory stick, is soldered to the system board, and is thus, not removable.
With Windows not working, your best recourse would be to create boot media on USB, boot the PC from that, insert another USB stick, and then retrieve what files and folders you can to copy them off the PC.
If your PC can not boot into Windows, a way around that is to follow the instructions below to create boot media from Macrium Reflect (MR) that can be used to boot your PC even if the hard drive is not working:
1) Download and install Macrium Reflect (MR) from this link: http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx
2) Use the option to create a boot USB stick or CD
That will create MR bootable media. Then, you can boot your PC into WinPE using that media.
Have patience, as that can take a while to start and bring up the screen.
Once the screen is there, read this thread about using PE Explorer -- a simple file explorer: https://forum.macrium.com/PrintTopic15803.aspx
If your disk still works, you might be then able to retrieve some files and folders from it.
Good Luck
