Screen says..

Boot device not found

Please install an operating system on your hard disk.

Hi

This usually means the Operating System is corrupted or missing.

 

You should attempt a Repair/Recovery/Rebuild/Re-Install using you Recovery Media, or perhaps try and create one.....

 

From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...

Expand/Extract/Burn the iso Image onto a DVD/USB as needed.
Microsoft’s Creator Tool will make the required DVD or USB.
