Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, My laptop is in an infinite boot loop.

I  recover my data from a system image backup I made from an external hard drive in Windows Recovery.

Now I can't get into the bios with F2,F10...

I tried "Win + B + power" combination.

Аny suggestions ?

You said this is in a boot loop -- so please tell us what is happening and what is being displayed during this loop.

The logo is displayed and after 10 seconds the laptop restarts and the logo is displayed again.

If the ESC key is pressed message "Entering Startup Menu..." appears and the laptop restarts again.

If the F10 key is pressed message "Entering Setup Menu..." appears and the laptop restarts again.

The logo is displayed from the BIOS firmware, so the drive is not being read at that point.  After that, the boot loader tries to read the drive -- and if that fails, no login screen gets shown.

So this is likely a failed drive -- and the problem you have is that if you can't get into the BIOS to run diagnostics, you can't confirm that.

So, you basically need to remove the drive, connect it to a working PC, and Google how to run CHKDSK on the drive to check the filesystem.

I have same issue on my HP ZBook Fury G9 Mobile Workstation PC.  If having AC power connect, after several times rebooting, the laptop getting hard.  I have tried all the posts on searching without luck.

Help please
