Microsoft Windows 11

So, yesterday I decided to reset my PC (keep files) since I had 28 gigabytes left on my disc

so I wanted to remove my apps and stuff to see it it helped, and after a short time I closed my computer since my mom was taking me to a appointment, after I came home I opened up my computer to it being 50% done, and my dumb self turned it off and turned it back on just to go straight into WinRE, it failed system repairs and it won't reset, I ran chkdsk and sfc and don't know what to do, I have two windows 11 operating systems apparently and when I choose the other one it would just keep on restarting, and the first one will do a boot loop. What do I do? It sucks not having a PC.

Hi @Kidsofmother

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.

I see that your system is stuck at WinRE. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

I would suggest you perform a recovery of your operating system and let me know the outcome of it. Here is a link that will help: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04641788

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
