A simple way to do this, which is what I use with several versions of Win10 in the same PC, is a software product know as EasyBCD -- which you can get from here: https://neosmart.net/EasyBCD/
With that, you can manually add Windows installs to your boot menu then, when you reboot, you will see a menu listing all the Windows installs, from which you can choose the one you want.

I did use the easybcd. When I take a look at both the hd partition, only one hd window partition have 'boot, Page File, Crash Dump). Only this hd can be bootable when I choose the hd in the boot menu. The other hd will only be booted if I used the window repair disk to change the other disk to bootable.

When you use the EasyBCD function to "move" the boot files to a different disk, it actually "copies" the files, so when you are done, either disk is bootable. At least, that is how it has worked for me time and time again.
