Hello,

I want to say that when I go to start my pc, I press the power button, but it doesn't work.

Untill I plugged the charger in, when it starts I can plug out the charger now. It means there are no issue with battery health. It is something like my pc forgets that it has a battery. It has it's own power.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
