Hello. I have been using HP Notebook - 15-db0001nt since 2018. Unfortunately I have never started my system quickly. From pushing the opening button to see my desktop ready takes more than 2 and a half minutes. I formatted and reinstalled windows many times but the problem hasn't changed. I use uefi. Can anybody help me?

Why does everyone seem to thing that reformatting is a Miracle Cure for a slow PC -- when in most cases, that will do nothing to correct a slow boot issue.
Your model has the SLOWEST SATA drive on the market -- so I would expect your boot time to be lengthy.
You would have to replace the HDD with an SDD to speed up the boot time.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

Yeah I know formatting is not a miracle but some may say "Windows may be corrupted, check the operating sistem" so I especially wanted to express that the problem is not due to Windows. And yes I thought that i should change harddisk to SSD and upgrade the ram to 16 gb if it is possible. Thanks for your reply.
