Hello guys

My son was watching a YouTube short video on my laptop and all of a sudden the electricity went out and i think he shut down the laptop pressing it wrongly by holding down the power button till it went off unknowingly to me. When i came in i put on the laptop and all i get is, it shows the HP logo and restarts again, i can get into the bios and have tried everything like testing the hard drive, restore defaults etc but it's still the same, right now i don't know what to do...
