Hello, I've been unable to start my laptop. It always says "BootDevice Not Found". I've already tried a lot of things, like getting into bios by pressing F10 but nothing seems to help. Please help!

Hi,

This usually indicates a failure of the hard drive. You can try reseating the drive, but most likely it will need to be replaced and the OS reinstalled.

Try performing HP hardware diagnostics at boot. Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and continously keep pressing ESC until startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.

Hope it helps,

David
