I recently got My HP EliteBook 2170p In the mail
and it will not boot up. One error message it gives me When it tries to start up is a media test failure (Code PXE-E61).
The second message it gives me is: “boot device not found
Please install an operating system on your hard disk
Hard Disk- (3F0)”
Also, when I f10 to open the system configuration it looks *completely* different than described on the website when I try to self service the fix for myself. I have photos of the screens and what they look like but I don’t know if it’s possible to send them or what, but I just need help setting up my pc laptop I just bought. Any help? Thank you 😁😁
