Bootable USB key not detected by the BIOS

I spent few days trying to install the Windows 10 ISO on my laptop:

• I downloaded the ISO from the Microsoft official website.
  https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10ISO
• I used the latest version of rufus to format my USB. (rufus 3.5)
• I've disabled the secured boot like they said on the net. (I've searched for long time).

I reset my BIOS settings, since it didn't work, yet still nothing. The USB doesn't appear in the BIOS menu.

Any suggestions?

@hamuto I'm afraid HP doesn't recommend or support upgrading/installing an OS using the method you've been attempting, instead you may click here to obtain a recovery media if you haven't created one on your own and use it to reinstall a fresh copy of the Windows 10 OEM version of the OS on your device to resolve the concern: Click here for steps on performing recovery if you already own a recovery media from HP
