Hi,

I am having issues booting/starting up my HP laptop. Everytime I start it up it takes me to a black screen with the HP logo and 'please wait' then afterwards, a blue screen with choose your keyboard layout - language selection options, then choose an option, then troubleshoot and finally, advanced options. I have tried command prompt (safe mode) and system restore troubleshooting with no avail. Are there any other methods I could try to boot/start my laptop? Thank you very much for your assistance.
