Booting error

HP Recommended

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i restarted my pc after watching some YouTube online when I was greeted by a blank and black screen after the windows logo dissapeared. So I decided to wait it out but once 5mins elapsed I knew that something went wrong. So I did a Short DST scan which failed and told me to visit www.hp.com/go/tech center/PCiags. The specific Failure ID is 67LCWJ-66NA7Q-XD6WWK-60QJ03. I'm not sure whether to post the product ID but it also says Hard drive 1 after the product ID. I hope someone can get back to me.

You've performed the hardware test and it resulted with the failure ID:  67LCWJ-66NA7Q-XD6WWK-60QJ03

 

Here's what the ID represents: failure code 303

Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure

 

you may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.

 

Alternatively, please let me know if you still have a warranty on that device and which region you are contacting us from before we could provide additional support.
