HP Notebook - 15t-da000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop - LM9N3RM8

type: 15-da0xxx

When turning on my HP Laptop the first screen shown states: Your username or password is incorrect. Try again later.  With an "OK" choice .   I was not given a choice to enter a username or password.  What or Where would a preload be located.

Other times the first screen shown states:  We are unable to connect right now.  Please check network and try again later.  Again with an "OK" choice.  The laptop automatically connects to the WiFi but I doubt it has down so this early in the startup sequence.  Any suggestions?

hi, the error screens are of the Windows lock screen or do you view them first?

I am not familiar with your term "of the windows lock screen."  There are no screens before those mentioned.
