The camera app wasn't working, and I thought it would get fixed. There was some error. The next day it was very slow. I restarted it, but it wasn't loading. It went on displaying the HP icon for 2+hours. I tried System diagnostics. First it shows recovery bitlocker, but I skipped it(is that bad?) System diagnostics have performed extensive test. Nothing was a problem. This is a Windows 11 PC with i5 core, 3 years old, and touchscreen. I've got the keyboard changed once, from warranty.

 

I've tried hard reset. System repair. Automatic repair. They don't fix it. Windows update restore doesn't work. I would really like if someone has a solution for this.
