Product: HP EliteBook 840 G4 Notebook PC
My notebook fails to boot sometimes. When it happens the screen remains dark while the power, Wi-Fi, mute and all the other keyboard buttons keep blinking every 4 seconds. Sometimes it boots up but after a while it freezes. Sometimes it works fine. How can I fix this? A friend told me to update the BIOS or reinstall the operating system. Is that the solution?
