bought used computer donot have admin r password. cannot change to my info.

Hi:

 

See if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

With another Windows PC, make a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.

If your notebook is not supported by the cloud recovery tool, you can order recovery media from HP from the model series' support page.

If your notebook has a BIOS or power on password, we cannot help you with that.
