I am trying to boot Kali Linux from USB and I am struggling to do so. I first attempted from a brand new HP Pavillion 15 gaming laptop and it would not work, I kept getting errors saying that the NVME was timing out, when booted normally it would go into a loop at boot up and forever say it was a start job running for live-config contains the components that configure a live system. I was also getting the error that it was unable to find the live boot medium for Kali Linux. I have since then got a HP Envy x360 and again Kali Linux is still not working. However this time it says the Kernal goes into panic during boot up. I have troubleshooted and it is yet again saying that it can not detect a live medium boot. However I tried this on an older HP model which was a standard Pavillion and it worked perfectly fine. I have also done it on my Gaming Desktop which is also a HP and it works perfectly fine. i really need to get this sorted as i need kali linux for my work.
I feel like Im missing something here. But i need some quick and to the point advice none if the jargon that seems to come with the answer on forums.
if anyone could help would be most appreciated.
