Help My brand new EliteBook 840 G10 is not working. The computer says the Diagnostics needs an upgrade, but the diagnostics cannot find Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection to the download source. However, the laptop has no problem when using Windows Pro 2H23 64x. Additionally, connecting to HP Support is not possible. Serial number and Product ID are not recognized, "Try again later" is the only response available. I cannot even access the Care Pack I purchased with the laptop July 08, 2024.
The option to recover the system does not recognize the product ID or the Serial Number but the computer model is displayed correctly,
So far this is preventing the laptop being used. Help Please.
