HP Recommended

So a couple of months ago I got the CMOS reset 502 error. I was too confident that it was just my laptop overheating, so I didn't bother to worry about it. But eventually, my laptop decided to be stuck in a boot loop where it is stuck on the hp loading screen. I can’t boot into anything else like safe mode because of a blue screen of death. I recently also replaced my main battery and I’m still getting the CMOS error. What should I do?
