HP Pavilion x360 - 14m-dh0001dx

I have replaced battery with new one and also I did hard reset by pressing power button 30 seconds but it is of no use and also changed Rom then also it persists the same issue. Please suggest me the solution for this as soon as possible.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

  • Unplug the power cord and remove the battery from the motherboard.
  • Use a jumper to short the CMOS reset pins (check your motherboard manual for location) or leave the battery out for at least 10 minutes to clear the CMOS.
  • Place the new CMOS battery back into its correct position.
  • Make sure the boot order in BIOS is correctly set.
  • If possible, download and reinstall the latest BIOS version from the manufacturer’s website using a USB stick.
  • Disconnect any unnecessary peripherals or hardware and try booting with only essential components (CPU, RAM, power supply).
  •  If you are able to access the BIOS, reset it to default settings by selecting the “Load Default” or “Reset to Defaults” option in the BIOS setup menu.
