Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f0000 RCTO Base Model

Since the last BIOS update my camera shutter key on the keyboard does not turn off. I have ran diagnositics and everything shows fine. I have rebooted my computer, updated drivers for keyboard and camera and still run into the same issue. I need access to my camera and really don't know what else to do.
