Elitebook 845 g8

Recently, I bought a used EliteBook 845 G8 with a Ryzen 7 Pro and an external oculink GPU for it. When trying to boot with the external GPU instead of the SSD and Linux on a USB flash drive, I got a black screen. After reinstalling the SSD with Windows, the laptop started freezing on the loading wheel. When attempting to boot from another SSD or a bootable USB, the same issue occurs. When it freezes, the Caps Lock blinks once. However, despite this, the laptop boots any Linux distribution without any problems, and currently, it has Linux Mint installed, where a Windows 10 virtual machine runs without any issues. I also tried resetting the BIOS—I reset it through the settings, disconnected the CMOS battery, and updated it using a USB flash drive—but it didn’t help. How it stucksHow it stucks
