Product: HP 15-D005TU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not enter the bios of my laptop. While booting up if i press f10 or del key, the screen goes blank and nothing happens. But my laptop boots to windown normally if i don't do anything. If I repeatedly press f10 while booting up, there is a beep sound. I am not sure what is happening. I tried removing power and battery and pressing power button for 15 seconds (hard reset) without any result.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  1. Start the computer and press ESC during the initial startup screen.
  2. Choose to enter BIOS setup.
  3. Use the arrow keys to select the BOOT tab.
