Can't Boot to Windows related system (error code 0xc0000001)

HP Omen 15 2020 AMD
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey, I just got my HP OMEN 15 2020... When I first boot up for a minute the windows start the windows installer properly, but at some point it turn blue screen (I assume when it start to restarting) with the error code 0xc0000001...

after that my laptop stuck with this error code...

BUT at some point I could pass the error code randomly by plugging usb windows installer then I select my Windows Boot Manager on Boot Selection (not 100%)

I assume there is something wrong with windows installation but I also can't boot to any windows installation media... I tried to install it via windows but still error when the installation start to restarting.

Already tried diagnostic (ALL PASSED)

Tried to install linux based OS and it boots fine

But whenever I plug my windows installation media, the error keeps occuring

please help this is my first laptop with my own money 😞
