Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Not sure how this happened since the power-on password was never set. When I enter an incorrect password 3 times I get this code:

A [286AC4AF]

Tried code generators with no success. Can anyone help?

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
