Hi,

I'm completely stuck at login my computer. At the 'power-on authentication' of HP sure start I used to always use my fingerprint to log. However, this doesn't work all of the sudden.. I tried logging with a password but it's always incorrect. I don't think this is a password I created myself? 
I'm getting pretty desperate here.
