Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can't find Legacy Boot in my BIOS - there may be a similar thread but can anyone tell me how to enable Legacy Boot.  I  do not have a Legacy mode to choose from, there is no advanced tab, and I have disabled the Secure Boot, All as HP states.  I have a windows 10 drive from my previous computer that I need to load to get all my accounts, app licenses, passwords , etcc and I may need it for legacy apps. Has anyone figured out a way to do this
