Hi, I can't go beyond my HP computer login screen. I have everything none seems to be working and I keep getting this messages:
1. "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again."
- When I click what is below that message, the following comes up: "Set up my PIN", then I clicked it and it comes up with "Just a moment" and then a white box pops up saying "Search for app in Store? You need to install an app for this task. Would you like to search for one in the Store?" When I clicked “YES” or “NO” it doesn’t load and still comes up saying "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again."
I have done all the troubleshooting and nothing is working.
