Product: HP Pavilion dm4-2015dx Entertainment Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My computer does not allow me to log in. It gives me a profile service failed error message. I can  only log in under a safe mode.  

How can I change my User ID and password?

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
