Product: HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-b109wm Sleekbook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Help! I have a HP pavilion touch screen laptop that I hadn’t turned on a few years but trying to get into now. It has a password. Which I can’t remember but I have been to the account live and reset it but am still unable to log into my laptop. What can I do?! I also cannot do a hard reset because I can’t get past the login screen
