Product: HP ENVY - 15-as100nx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I opened the back of my laptop, and took out the ssd and ram and put it back. And when I turned on my laptop it didn't work. The power button is switching on and off (blinking) I can hear the fan run briefly while the power button is lit but it stops when the button turns off. What happened? What can I do?

Very hard to say why BUT

  • did you earth yourself before opening your machine ?
  • did you put them back properly ?
