I am wondering if I can Disable Secure boot to install Windows 10 on my new Samsung 860 SSD to have more speed
I searched all of Internet sites to find a way to solve this but I didn't find anything work , I have latest BIOS F1.B that is from 2011 ! and I couldn't install UEFI Bios update 2.3.0.0

I have a similar HP DV6 laptop and I know for certain that it does NOT support UEFI -- I am surprised that yours does.
But I looked through your screen shots and everything I saw said Legacy mode and there was nothing I could see to indicate it supported UEFI.
