Hello all.
Can anyone help with an issue on my daughters laptop, when the power button is pressed the power light on the side illuminates and the fan turns for 1 second and then stops and then nothing happens and the power light goes off, i have tried it with power source in and out and its the same for both.

I'd like to help!
Let's try a few steps.
POWER DRAIN:
Please disconnect all the devices and cables connected to your computer including the power cable and then press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds and connect the power cable back again and try to power on the computer.
CBR:
Press the Windows key and then followed by the key "B" this time and then the power button for around 3-4 seconds, then release the power button and continue to hold windows+B for 3-4 seconds more.
If the above steps do not work, then it could be a hardware issue.
