Hi guys. My OS got corrupted and the boot is also affected(error 0xc000000f), it says that I need recovery tools such as installation media like bootable usb drive. So I've made a bootable usb drive, and I already changed the boot order in the bios. The problem is my laptop cannot boot from the usb even after changing the boot order, and there is no legacy support options and secure boot options in the bios. How can I fix this?

Your model PC is locked into UEFI mode -- so you have to create Boot Media that will boot using UEFI.
If you have done that, when you boot your laptop, you should see the media in the Boot Devices menu under the EFI options.
If it is not there, or it does not boot, then you are stuck.
