Hello Everyone.. I'm Shafic.. I have some problem at my laptop HP Notebook-14-af106ax.. i want to install windows 10 to my laptop.. i get windows from microsoft website.. (https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10).. i create installation media using USB.. The problem is when i choose USB in boot option menu nothing happen.. just black screen.. no restart.. or anythings.. i wait 30 minutes.. but nothing happen too.. additional.. i has test the USB at another laptop.. it's working.. can install the windows 10.. please help me.. thank you..Problem (1).jpegBIOSBIOSBoot MenuBoot Menu

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to go into the BIOS, enable legacy mode and disable secure boot.

 

See this link for the settings to change.

The see if you can boot from the legacy USB flash drive.
