Envy 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Love by brand new Envy, but cannot get into the BIOS.

I can (finally) press Esc fast enough during bootup to get to the startup menu (attached), but then the keyboard freezes. Literally not a single key on the entire keyboard will work, including holding in Fn + the function keys, or any other combination I can think of.

I've tried it nearly 10 times now, and opened a ticket with Support that went nowhere and was closed, so here I am.

I'm guessing this is because I'm one of the first new owners of an 11th Gen Intel box, with a brand new BIOS?

@RuffTimo

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to boot to BIOS.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

Have you tried using an external keyboard?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the below steps to boot to BIOS.

Turn off the computer, press the power button, and then repeatedly press the F10 key until you enter the BIOS Setup Utility.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Using an external keyboard worked! And after that, surprisingly, so did the main keyboard. Something has changed, and now I can get into the BIOS and all the keys on the keyboard worked.

Strange, I'm not sure how or why this fixed itself, but it's working now, so I'm good!
