Years ago I enabled POST power-on authentication with fingerprint and windows credentials using HP Security Manager on my EliteBook G7 840.

After upgrading to Windows 11 HP Security Manager stopped working, it is now discontinued and POST power-on credentials didn't update on windows user password changes since that.

I can't disable it because "Change POST power-on password" BIOS option ask for a password that is different from the one I using.

 

What can I do?
